Take your game to the next level this summer with the Twin Cities Elite Summer Training Program (STP).
Our STP provides players with a complete summer development experience that combines high-level on-ice instruction, shooting and stickhandling, goalie development, and off-ice speed and athletic training.

2½ HOURS OF TRAINING EACH DAY
🏒 1 Hour — On-Ice Training
High-tempo practices focused on skating, puck skills, compete drills, small-area games, hockey IQ, and overall player development.
🥅 Goalie Training
Dedicated goalie instruction focused on movement, positioning, angles, tracking, rebound control, and game situations.
🏒 45 Minutes — Shooting & Stickhandling
Dedicated shooting-lane training focused on shot technique, quick release, puck control, hands, and stickhandling.
💨 45 Minutes — Turf Training
Off-ice training focused on core strength, speed, agility, quickness, balance, and overall athletic development.
7½ HOURS OF TRAINING EACH WEEK
HIGH-LEVEL COACHING STAFF
Players will train with an accomplished coaching staff featuring professional, NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III, USHL, NCDC, and high-level Minnesota hockey experience.
